In this remote-first organization, you will join a dynamic and tech-savvy clinical team that utilizes advanced telehealth platforms to facilitate seamless communication and care delivery. With a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, this role provides flexibility while ensuring a structured framework for dedicated care.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals and groups, providing a safe environment for clients to express their emotions and share their experiences.
- Design and implement personalized, patient-centered treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of emotional, social, and psychological needs.
- Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other mental health specialists, to integrate social work interventions into comprehensive care strategies.
- Maintain thorough and confidential client documentation in compliance with industry standards and legal requirements, ensuring accessibility for team members involved in the care process.

This position primarily serves individuals enrolled in hospice care, often facing end-of-life challenges. - A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
- An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts is mandatory.
