Schedule: Weekdays and Weekends – Morning, Evening, and Overnight (On-Call Floater)
Position Type: Per-Diem

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

Job Description:

As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring security systems, including surveillance cameras and access control systems.
  • Conduct routine patrols and ensure compliance with site protocols.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the premises, staff, and visitors.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in security or a related field.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with data entry and system monitoring.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) for site access.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Additional Information:
  • TWIC Reimbursement: You may be eligible for reimbursement of your TWIC application fee after 180 days of active service.
  • Per-Diem Status: This is not a part-time role. Instead, it offers flexible scheduling with the opportunity to pick up shifts or attend training as needed. A minimum commitment of one shift or training session per month is required.
