Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>TIG welding of aluminum products</li>
<li>Selecting equipment and plans layout, assembly and welding of steel and various high temperature and super alloys</li>
<li>Grinding and deburring parts as needed</li>
<li>Layouts, positions, aligns and fits components together using fixtures or templates as needed</li>
<li>Bolt, clamps, and tack weld parts using arc, gas, shielded arc or gas welding equipment per requirements</li>
<li>Assemble parts by bolting and fixturing per prints</li>
<li>Rework products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping and reassembling parts following instructions</li>
<li>Operating various types of welding equipment</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience with TIG welding with aluminum</li>
<li>Able to weld a thickness of .060</li>
<li>Ability to read and understand prints</li>
</ul>
Hours:
Monday through Friday – First shift – 7am to 3:30pm
The pay is up to $28 to $30.00 hour an hour based on experience
