Position
Legacy Thermal Solutions is looking for a goal-oriented and self-driven General Manager who thrives in a fast-pace, ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate does not shy away from contributing to efficiency and growth through managing expectations or physical assistance on active work projects.
Responsibilities:
The General Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working with Operation teams in planning, scheduling, and executing all projects in the Northeast Region through developing project plans, allocating resources, and working with upper management to resolve barriers to company performance goals.
- Actively manage project budgets to meet P&L goals through preventing fraud, waste, and abuse of company resources and spending.
- Ensure that federal, state, and company safety regulations are being upheld at all project locations.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, operations teams, vendors, and upper management throughout the life cycle of all projects to ensure they meet both company financial and performance goals.
- Drive new business through actively engaging existing and potential clients.
- Motivate and lead Operation teams to ensure all members are aligned with company values and goals.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of performing industrial crafts (scaffolding, electrical, or insulation)
- Electrical knowledge and experience preferred.
- Experience in the Power Generation or Oil & Gas industry preferred.
- 5+ years in a leadership position in the construction crafts.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or electrical license preferred.
- Fluent in English. Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
- Ability to manage and maintain project schedules and price projects to meet performance goals.
- Valid driver's license that passes MVR background check.

Compensation
- $96,000.00 to $115,000.00 annual
- Annual Performance Based Bonuses
- PTO/Vacation
