Forest Properties Management, Inc. seeks an intern for our Fenway property located in Boston MA.
Essential Duties and Requirements:
- Learn about the various phases of leasing from advertising apartment vacancies, to rental applications process, and coordinating move-ins/move-outs.
- Assist with resident phone calls, maintenance of resident files, and property promotional materials.
- Shadow property managemment team on property tours and inspections.
- Other support to the team as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be a student in college or university.
- Organized, self-starter with excellent interpersonal and relationship skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office equipment.
- Available to assist team on weekends when required.
