Reimbursement Coordinator – Home Infusion (Direct Hire)
Location: REMOTE
Pay: $20–$25/hr. DOE
Schedule: Full-time | Benefits Eligible

What You'll Do
As a Reimbursement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the reimbursement process for home infusion services.

Responsibilities:
· Handling billing procedures and resolving complex claims
· Staying current with regulatory changes to ensure compliance
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet service and revenue goals
· Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to streamline operations

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years of home infusion billing experience
· Familiarity with HIPAA standards (2+ years)
· Strong computer skills, including Excel and Word
· Passion for billing, claims, and document management
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
· High school diploma or equivalent experience

Preferred:

· Broad understanding of billing processes and procedures
· Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding performance metrics
