Exciting opportunities await for two dedicated Occupational Therapists to support and supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) within a dynamic school environment near Claremont, New Hampshire. Key Qualifications:
- Hold a current Occupational Therapist license valid in New Hampshire
- Demonstrable experience supporting or supervising COTAs in a school-based setting
- Familiarity with regulatory and documentation requirements for OT supervision
- Ability to foster collaboration and effective communication among staff and COTAs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Core Responsibilities:
- Clinically supervise up to two COTAs, providing approximately 7 hours of oversight per COTA monthly
- Complete all required supervision documentation and administrative paperwork to ensure compliance
- Conduct all supervision and related interactions on-site at district public schools
- Collaborate with COTAs and district staff to support quality service delivery
- Remain attentive to district standards and professional practice expectations
This contract offers both part-time (up to 20 hours per month) and full-time (up to 37.5 hours per week) opportunities, with the flexibility to accommodate variable schedules. Those traveling to Claremont will be compensated for mileage at the current IRS rate, ensuring your commitment is recognized.
