Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) opportunity is available for the current school year, providing essential services in elementary school settings. This contract position requires skilled OTs to support students with developmental and therapeutic needs at two different elementary schools in Randolph, MA. The assignment begins ASAP and extends through June 12th.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Collaborate with educators and school staff to develop and implement effective intervention plans
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school policies
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs within the school environment
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license with experience in school-based practice
- Knowledge of OT interventions for pediatric populations in educational settings
- Strong communication skills to work efficiently with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage caseloads and maintain compliance with relevant guidelines

- Randolph, MA (JFK Elementary School and Martin E. Young Elementary School)
