Available Shifts: 3PM - 11PM
Compensation: LPN $36.00 - $42.00 | RN $44.00 - $49.00 based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options
Sign-On Bonus: LPN $5,000 | RN $5,500
Weekend Shift Differential: $6.00 per hour for every weekend shift!
Key Responsibilities:

Provide and coordinate nursing care in accordance with established policies and resident care plans

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Supervise and guide direct care staff

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Monitor resident condition and communicate changes

Promote quality care and uphold all federal, state, and facility standards

Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:
• Current RN or LPN license in the State of New Hampshire
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
• Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
