We’re seeking a compassionate and committed School Psychologist to join a collaborative and student-focused academic team in Plymouth County, MA for the 2026 Extended School Year. In this role, you'll utilize your expertise to provide preschool-aged with the resources they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally in the school environment.


Position Details:

  • Location: In-person in Plymouth County, MA (hybrid or remote options are not available)
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 30 hours weekly
  • Grade Level(s): Preschool, ages 3-5
  • Expected Start: July 6th, 2026
  • Expected End: July 31st, 2026


Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support services to preschool-aged students with mental health needs identified on their IEPs, including individual counseling, group sessions, and social skills development.
  • Support the development and implementation of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Provide crisis support as needed within the school environment.
  • Conduct evaluations in the social-emotional domain and participate in IEP development and documentation.
  • Deliver both direct and indirect services for students requiring interventions across teams at two elementary school buildings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth and well-being.


Qualifications:

  • School Psychologist certification in Massachusetts via the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE).
  • Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience providing school-based counseling, evaluations, and behavioral interventions preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for supporting student success and emotional well-being.
