We are seeking an experienced Electronics Repair Technician to troubleshoot and repair customer induction welding tools. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, have experience in electronics troubleshooting and repair, and demonstrate a desire to learn on the job.
Responsibilities
- Electronic and mechanical troubleshooting of induction welding tools.
- Repairing tools to fully functional units, including final test and validation.
- Maintaining incoming and outgoing tools, practicing first in, first out.
- Assisting with shipping and receiving of tools.
- Maintaining spare parts inventory levels.
- Contributing to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Essential Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools.
- Ability to use a soldering iron and voltmeter.
- Good soldering skills in both through hole and Surface Mount Technology (SMT).
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good close vision and depth perception skills.
- Proficient with computers and MS Office applications.
- Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Trade School certification, high school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years experience in electronics manufacturing or equivalent work experience.
- Positive attitude, good judgment, and excellent time management skills.

Work Environment
You will be working as part of a dedicated repair team, handling internal projects. The role involves hands-on work with electronics and mechanical components, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
