Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist | Boston, MA (Hybrid) | 6-month contract

\n We are currently seeking candidates for an Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist at a consumer goods co. located in Boston, MA 02110. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.\n
\n
\nThis is a temporary role (est. 6 months) and will pay between $35.00-$45.00 per hour (based on relevant work experience) within a 40-hour work week.\n
\n
\nOn-site 3 days per week.\n
\n
\nStarts August 10th, 2026.\n
\n
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES\n

\n
• Facilitate full-cycle recruiting process

\n

• Facilitate recruiting, interview, and information sessions

\n

• Plan and organize onboarding process

\n

• Ensure positions are posted to appropriate job boards, databases, colleges, etc.

\n

• Proactively source qualified candidates

\n

• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications

\n

• Collect feedback and hold debrief meetings after the interviews have concluded

\n

• Extend employment offers to successful candidates

\n

• Ensure new hire paperwork is completed on time for necessary processing

\n

• Ensure all background, references, and clearances have been completed

REQUIREMENTS\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree required

\n

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

\n

• Strong verbal and written communication

\n

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently

\n

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Outlook and Excel

\n

• Experience with Workday is preferred
