12 hour Day Shift CNA/HHA for 12 hour Shifts Day shifts (7AM to 7PM or 8AM to 8PM) Available in Andover MA (Female CNA/HHA with PureWick External Catheter Care, Fall risk Care experience)

Job Summary:


We are seeking experienced Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) for live-in / 24-hour shifts to provide one-on-one care in a client's home. This role is essential in helping our clients live safely, independently, and with dignity in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, skin care
  
  
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and repositioning Fall risk Care experience
  
  
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying up, changing linens)
  
  
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
  
  
• Offer medication reminders and monitor vital signs.
  
  
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
  
  
• Provide companionship and emotional support
  
  
• Follow care plans developed by our clinical team
  
  
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate with supervising nurse

Qualifications:

• Active CNA License in Massachusetts
  
  
• Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in home care, assisted living, or similar
  
  
• Ability to work overnight shifts 9pm to 8am (accommodations provided)
  
  
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and provide references
