Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role encompasses the Extended School Year (ESY) as well as the full 2026/27 academic year, allowing for both consistency and dynamic professional experiences.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEPs, treatment planning, and documentation requirements
- Ability to provide therapy across a variety of ages and grade levels (K-12)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
- Adaptability to travel between multiple district locations
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ OT needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Track progress, maintain thorough records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Provide direct interventions and consultative support to students and staff
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster student independence and participation in the school environment
- Communicate regularly with families to share progress and strategies
