BNW Services is partnering with a leading private equity-backed self-storage operator to find a District Manager for their portfolio in the Taunton, MA region. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on growth and operational success.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lead multiple storage sites and manage performance of property-level teams</li>
<li>Improve occupancy, pricing, and overall customer experience across the portfolio</li>
<li>Perform regular field visits to inspect operations, train staff, and resolve issues</li>
<li>Analyze performance data and develop site-specific action plans</li>
<li>Ensure brand and policy consistency, safety, and regulatory compliance</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>At least 3 years of multi-site management in self-storage or a similar asset class</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills</li>
<li>Proven track record in managing budgets, staffing, and growth initiatives</li>
<li>Familiarity with self-storage management systems a plus</li>
<li>Must be based in or willing to relocate to Taunton, MA area</li>

Compensation &amp; Benefits:
<ul>
<li>Base Salary: $100,000$115,000</li>
<li>Bonus structure</li>
