Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM
Salary: $19.00 /hr
Overview:
Wicked Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly organized and dependable Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in our Chelsea, MA office. As a key player in our daily operations, you will support candidates, recruiters, and administrative processes to ensure smooth functioning of our staffing firm. Candidates must be able to communicate in English and either Spanish or Haitian Creole (or both!)

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Perform accurate data entry into the candidate database.
- Greeting candidates warmly upon arrival and assist them with the application process at designated stations.
- Provide support to recruiters with candidate-related tasks.
- Maintain organization in administrative processes and handle other clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and either Spanish or Haitian Creole (required).
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in relevant software/tools.
- Outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills.
- A minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience in a similar role.
- Reliability and impeccable attendance record.
