Job Title: Revit/BIM Manager (MEP)
Location: Boston, MA
Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (3 days on-site per week)
Pay Range: $120,000 – $130,000

Job Summary
Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a well-established engineering consulting firm in the Boston area to help them hire an Revit/BIM Manager (MEP). This hybrid leadership role oversees all Revit and AutoCAD standards, workflows, and training initiatives, ensuring high-quality, efficient design documentation across the firm’s projects. The position offers a long-term growth path for a technically strong and team-focused BIM professional seeking stability, leadership, and innovation in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Revit and AutoCAD setup, coordination, and production standards across all MEP projects.

Supervise and mentor a small team of BIM Specialists, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Train new hires and technical staff on Revit workflows, templates, and project coordination.

Maintain and update internal CAD/BIM standards, libraries, and family templates to improve productivity.

Provide in-house Revit and AutoCAD technical support, troubleshooting, and file management.

Oversee software licensing and interface with IT and external consultants for BIM-related systems.

Chair the internal BIM/CAD Committee and contribute to technology and process planning.
Qualifications and Must-Haves

Minimum 5 years of hands-on Revit production experience in an MEP, architectural, or structural consulting environment.

Proven leadership ability within BIM/MEP coordination or production teams.

Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and related tools (Bluebeam, ACC, Plangrid preferred).

Construction or design-build background highly valued for real-world application of MEP systems.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a professional, solutions-oriented approach.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred.

Must reside within a reasonable commute to Boston (3 on-site days per week required).
Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
