Job DescriptionMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this full-time role (30-35 hours per week), you’ll collaborate with a dedicated educational team, helping children and young adults reach important communication milestones and enhance their classroom experiences.
Your expertise as an SLP-CCC is crucial to identifying, evaluating, and supporting students’ diverse speech and language needs. On this dynamic campus, you will use your clinical skills and creativity to implement evidence-based therapy and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility); school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to design and deliver individualized intervention plans
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored IEP goals
- Provide direct therapeutic services to students with a range of speech and language challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student progress
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with district and legal standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development
- Engage students through creative sessions that foster participation and growth
