Your Role as an Industrial Machinery Technician:
- Champion workplace safety and adhere to established guidelines
- Embrace transparent communication and collaborative problem-solving
- Receive and provide constructive feedback with professionalism
- Maintain a proactive and self-driven work ethic
- Tackle mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance with precision
- Focus on addressing site-wide technical challenges
- Pursue continuous learning to stay ahead in technology and skills
- Effectively use computer software for job tasks, including operating forklifts and scissor lifts
- Showcase precision in tasks such as welding, pipe fitting, and lubrication
What You Bring:
- H.S. Diploma/GED required; vocational/technical education is a plus
- 4+ years in mechanical roles like pipefitting, chemical manufacturing preferred
- Prior experience as a millwright or precision mechanic is advantageous
- Familiarity with electrical systems and motor controls
- Competency in English for documentation and communication is beneficial
- Compliance with PPE requirements, lifting/moving up to 45 pounds
