Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a leader in global identity and security that is seeking an Enrollment Agent in the Haverhill area. Responsibilities:
- Verify customers identity and scan documents into the required database
- Perform basic maintenance and trouble shoot any issues on equipment
- Complete required biometric and data capture processes on all customers
- Track processing time and ensure applicants are processed in order
- Capture quality electronic fingerprints, photographs, and signatures
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Must have a high school diploma
- Must provide a high level or customer service to internal and external customers
- 1+ years of experience in customer facing customer service roles
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to pass an extensive and comprehensive background screening

This job is In-Person.
Pay Range: Hourly $22.00 to $25.00
