Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the mental health needs, strengths, and resources of students and their families.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailoring interventions to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, teachers, and school administrators, to ensure integrated and coordinated care.
- Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessment services, implementing safety plans when necessary to ensure the well-being of clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation compliant with clinical, ethical, and legal standards.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups for students and families.

Your work will focus primarily on a diverse student population within Springfield's schools. Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- An active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise in the field.
