Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team on a contract basis in Claremont, NH. Youll play a key role in assisting students with behavioral and developmental challenges within the school environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans with oversight from a BCBA

• Support students in achieving their behavioral and social skill goals

• Track and document student progress in interventions

• Collaborate with educational staff and families to ensure comprehensive student care

• Maintain a nurturing and organized classroom environment

Required Qualifications:

• RBT certification from BACB

• Experience in a school or similar setting working with children is beneficial

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to adjust strategies based on each students needs

Position Overview:

• Contract-based position

• Caseload: 1:1 with a Kindergarten student

• Work hours: Full-time, 8:00 AM to 3:15 PM
