Key Responsibilities

Assist with tree removal and cleanup tasks

Load and unload equipment and debris

Operate tools such as rakes, shovels, and wheelbarrows

Maintain clean and organized job sites

Support climbers and equipment operators as needed

Follow safety protocols and instructions from team leaders

Help with basic equipment maintenance and setup
Qualifications

Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Punctual and dependable with a team-oriented mindset

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Willingness to learn and take direction
