Schulte Staffing Solutions is currently seeking skilled TIG/MIG Welders to join our manufacturing client's team in Georgetown, MA.

2nd Shift:1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Pay:$27.00 – $32.00 per hour (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG and MIG welding on a variety of precision sheet metal components
- Read and interpret fabrication and machining blueprints
- Use precision measurement tools, including calipers, to verify tolerances
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality production
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors and team members
- Consistently meet quality standards and production timelines
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of TIG/MIG welding experience required
- Prior experience in a precision sheet metal fabrication shop is a MUST
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and using measurement instruments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Exposure to typical shop noise and metalworking equipment
- Use of PPE is required at all times
