Job DescriptionProject Coordinator Location: North Reading, MA (onsite)Employment Type: Direct hire / permanentSalary: $70,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and qualificationsCompany OverviewWe are a Private-Equity backed New England based contractor with more than 80 years of experience serving utilities and commercial clients throughout the region. Our team combines deep industry expertise with the energy of newer professionals contributing to continued growth.We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the administrative operations of our Services division due growth. This in-person, office-based role ensures that every service project is properly scheduled, documented, billed, and closed out. The Coordinator serves as a central point of organization between customers, field technicians, and internal team with positioning to grow into a Project Manager.Responsibilities

• Coordinate technician schedules in collaboration with shop and operations personnel
• Maintain comprehensive job documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Process change orders, billing, and customer invoices
• Record labor, materials, and project costs within company systems
• Submit inspection reports and compliance documentation by required deadlines
• Respond to customer inquiries before, during, and after service work
• Prepare project status updates for project managers and leadership
• Manage vendor and supplier documentation

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in construction or engineering within administrative or project management adjacent role
• Proficiency with project tracking and documentation software
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate between customers and field personnel
• Associates / Bachelors degree preferred
