Lead Countertop Installer (Stone Surfaces Granite, Marble, Quartz)

Location: Bow, NH | Type: Full-Time | Pay: $28.00$31.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM start | Overtime Available During Peak Periods

What Youll Be Doing:

Installing granite, marble, and quartz countertops in residential and commercial settings
Verifying site conditions, reviewing measurements, and ensuring precision fit and finish
Completing on-site fabrication, polishing, and edge detailing as needed
Leading jobsite setup, safety, and cleanup while maintaining quality standards
Communicating clearly with homeowners, contractors, and design teams
Mentoring junior installers through hands-on guidance
Troubleshooting installation issues with professionalism and efficiency

What You Bring:

Proven experience installing granite, marble, and quartz countertops
Proficiency in stone cutting, shaping, edge polishing, and material handling
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Excellent communication and leadership skills
High attention to detail and a drive for quality craftsmanship
High school diploma or equivalent (certifications a plus)
