We are opening a breakfast and lunch spot with a coffee/beer/wine bar. The main focus of the bar area is going to be on the coffee aspect of it. I need someone with experience in running a coffee bar, coming up with recipes, and knowledge of the equipment needed. Candidates must be able to work in a team atmosphere, be able to communicate and teach employees while maintaining a clean organized and bar area. Candidates must be personable and maintain a professional demeaner in front of guest.

We started Green Jar Catering 5 years ago (but we been catering for about 5 years before that). We added a food truck to the mix soon after that and now a brick and mortar restaurant. The restaurant will be breakfast and lunch with a coffee bar atmosphere. W do plan on doing dinner eventually and having a beer/wine menu.
The menu will mostly made up of classic dishes with our little twists on them. We try to make everything from scratch or as homemade as possible.
