We are seeking a skilled Licensed Optician to join our team At Lidya's Optical. The ideal candidate will have a passion for eye care and providing exceptional service to our patients. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your optical knowledge and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients in selecting eyewear that meets their prescription and style preferences
- Take accurate measurements for eyeglasses
- Educate patients on proper eyewear care and usage
- Adjust and repair eyeglasses as needed
- Maintain inventory for frames
Qualifications
- Licensed Optician in the state of MA.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Familiarity with Eyemed, MassHealth and Davis vision plans is a plus.
-Good Communication skills.
