An opportunity is available for an Overnight Pharmacist to work a 7 on, 7 off schedule in a closed-door, long-term care facility. This role offers the chance to manage a high-volume pharmacy environment overnight, ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing in a supportive setting.
Location: Foxborough, Massachusetts
Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday
- 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 7 days on, 7 days off
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform initial and final medication reviews using Frameworks software (training provided)
- Accurately dispense medications in a fast-paced environment
- Oversee and support pharmacy technicians during shifts
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and procedures
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license
- Pharmacy experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to work efficiently under high-volume workload, processing approximately 600 prescriptions per day
- Strong attention to detail and strong communication skills
