Company Description Boys & Girls Club of Greater Holyoke, Inc. is a youth-focused nonprofit organization dedicated to providing safe, supportive, and enriching environments for children and teens.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Current Lifeguard Certification from the American Red Cross or equivalent.
- Current CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification.
- Current First Aid Certification.
- Strong swimming and aquatic safety skills.
- Ability to recognize hazards and respond calmly and effectively during emergencies.
- Previous experience working with children or teens in an aquatic, recreational, educational, or youth-development environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of child development and group management in a pool environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to remain focused and attentive in an active aquatic environment.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for developing fun, age-appropriate aquatic activities.
- Commitment to the safety standards, mission, and culture of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Holyoke.
- Ability to meet required background-check and organizational compliance requirements.

- Ability to perform water rescues and provide emergency assistance when necessary.
