Job Description
Staffup is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Loaders to join a busy distribution team in the Taunton, MA area. This position is responsible for assisting with daily warehouse operations, including loading trucks, repackaging products, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and committed to maintaining safety and accuracy standards.
Responsibilities
- Load trucks with products according to company standards and loading instructions.
- Verify that trucks are accurately loaded based on delivery requirements.
- Rotate products in trucks and throughout the warehouse according to expiration dates.
- Clean and repackage products following established company procedures.
- Identify and properly dispose of damaged or expired products with management approval.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping floors, and operating a floor scrubber as needed.
- Assist with general warehouse duties and daily operations.
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled shift.
