The SVP, Commercial Banking Officer provides strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of the Bank’s Commercial Lending team, combining team development with direct responsibility for managing and growing an individual commercial loan portfolio.

- Lead and coordinate the lending and business development activities of Commercial Loan Officers.
- Coach and develop team members to support individual performance and team success.
- Promote consistent credit practices and ensure compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Develop, maintain, and grow an individual commercial loan portfolio.
- Support the overall quality and profitability of the Bank’s commercial loan portfolio.
- Help achieve commercial loan, deposit, fee income, and client retention goals.
