Day to day activities:
- Track inventory and stock changes while maintaining accurate documentation of any necessary changes
- Unload and verify deliveries to ensure all necessary information is accurate, detailed and completed
- Maintain a high level of organization and cleanliness at all times
- Organize and conduct inventory cycle count and checks for in-house and field inventory on a regular basis
- Undertake stock movement by means of hands or forklift truck (manual or powered)
- Conduct inventory audits as required
- Order inventory for the Field Service Engineers in our system.
- Pick, pack, and ship spare parts while moving the inventory to the proper locations in our system.
- Replenish inventory levels when they reach our minimum stock values
- Implement new min and max inventory levels based on historical usage.
