Physical Therapy Assistant – LTAC in Bedford, NH. Travel assignment begins 11/16/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,755 to $1,883 per week with 35 guaranteed hours per week. Shift is day hours, 08:00–16:30 (5x8 days). Setting: skilled nursing facility with long-term acute care responsibilities. Note: assignment includes a critical need with an increased rate.

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistant support under the supervision of a licensed PT in a LTAC/SNF setting.
- Implement and adjust treatment plans, including therapeutic exercise, gait training, transfers, range of motion, and modalities as directed.
- Monitor patient response, document progress, and communicate changes to the supervising PT.
- Assist with patient and family education, safety during mobility, and activity of daily living goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation, complete charting in a timely manner, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Support discharge planning and caregiver education as appropriate to the care plan.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license or eligibility to practice in New Hampshire.
- Graduation from an accredited PTA program.
- Ability to work a day shift (08:00–16:30) in a LTAC/SNF setting.
- Availability to commit to a 13-week travel assignment starting 11/16/2026 with 35 guaranteed hours per week.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to follow direction from supervising PT.
