Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using recognized evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
- Develop, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions to support the unique needs of each client.
- Offer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning as necessary to ensure the welfare of clients.
- Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver integrated and coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards, ensuring a thorough and responsible approach to client care.
- Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, creating a safe space for clients to share and learn from one another.
