Manufacturing IT Administrator - $45/hour (Direct Hire)

This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one
Responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the help desk for all IT related concerns
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, connectivity to network, applications, software, phone systems and mobile devices
- Keeping tracking and logging issues for the requests ensuring timely resolution
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding support such as equipment setup and user access
- Maintain, monitor and support company servers, and network infrastructure
- Managing user accounts including permissions and system backup
- Making sure cybersecurity is up to date including patching, antivirus, firewall management and access controls
- Assisting with barcode scanners, label printers, and wi-fi connectivity
- Managing the daily administration of the company ERP system – Epicor
- Developing reports, dashboards and queries to support company needs
- Support integration efforts between Epicor and other systems such as quality, scheduling, MES, CRM, Quoting, barcode/scanner systems
- Assist users with training in all aspects of ERP implementation
Qualifications:
- At least four years previous IT experience
- Good customer service skills and troubleshooting kills.
- Experience administrating Windows environments.
- Experience with ERP administration or heavy ERP-user experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with networking technologies (TCP/IP, switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, WiFi, etc.).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and practical protections.
- Experience in precision sheet metal, machining, fabrication manufacturing a plus
- Experience with SQL Server, JobBoss2, Epicor, E2, Global Shop, Visibility, Power BI, SQL querying or custom report building
- Experience with on-premise and cloud to-on-premise connectivity and hybrid environments
- IT certifications would be a plus
Hours are:
Monday through Friday – 7am to 3:30pm
The pay is up to $45.00 an hour based on experience
