Adecco is assisting a local premier manufacturer in their search for a Maintenance Technician! This position is located in the Rochester, NH area + offers amazing benefits, perks, overtime, and additional incentives!

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing safe, high-quality repairs and preventive maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment. This includes CNC and CMM machines, paint systems, inspection equipment, and automated production machinery. This role plays a key part in minimizing downtime and supporting efficient operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate can work both independently and collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and emergency mechanical repairs to maintain production and facility equipment
  • Execute preventive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime
  • Install, modify, and upgrade equipment to meet engineering specifications
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams on diagnostics and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Fabricate parts and components using welding, cutting, and machining equipment (with or without prints)
  • Use calibration tools to verify equipment accuracy and performance
  • Apply basic knowledge of control systems to troubleshoot minor issues, adjust parameters, and operate robotic systems
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 10+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on machining capabilities
  • Experience supporting CNC equipment (maintenance and alignment preferred)
  • Ability to assist with OEM diagnostics, including remote/online troubleshooting
  • Experience operating industrial lifts is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay Details: $32.00 to $40.00 per hour
