Minimum Requirements
\n
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active MA Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Home health experience is required.
- Must be able to manage caseloads independently in community and home settings.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes within the service area.
- Electronic documentation experience required. Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is preferred.
- Client prefers candidates with prior experience serving adult and geriatric populations in home health. (Preferred)
