LTC Therapy Services is looking for an SLP Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor to fill a full-time position. You'll work in our skilled nursing facility providing exceptional, personalized care to patients and mentoring Clinical Fellows.
In addition to treating, the SLP Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and mentoring clinical fellows by; providing clinical guidance, quality assurance, and administrative support. While ensuring patients receive high-quality speech and language therapy services, you will also ensure the CF complies to ethical and regulatory standards set by ASHA. By directly observing and reviewing therapy sessions, you will provide feedback on assessment and treatment plan development, implementation, and documentation.

- 2+ years of skilled nursing facility experience required.
