Robert Half's client in Milford MA is seeking an experienced Recruiter to find and hire talent for their growing team!
Responsibilities include:
- Find and attract candidates for open roles
- Screen resumes
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical needs and team goals
- Conduct/schedule interviews
- Guide candidates through the hiring process from application to job offer
- Build a pipeline of qualified passive candidates for future hiring needs
**Experience within the life sciences field is a huge plus!
Start Date: Asap
End Date: ~ 1 month (could extend much beyond that)
Hours: M-F | 8am-5pm
Work Type: On-site 3 days per week, remote 2
Pay Rate: $25-$29
