Adecco Staffing is currently partnered with an award-winning precision CNC machine shop in Massachusetts! We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist. This is a direct hire opportunity with a growing, culture-driven organization.
Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist
Pay Range: $27 - $36
Shift Schedule: Flexible hours available, with overtime opportunities

Our client is a precision CNC machine shop producing prototypes and small-lot production runs for aerospace, medical, R&D, and commercial customers.

This is a clean, air-conditioned, well-lit facility where managers are hands-on and employees think and act like owners.
Responsibilities Include:

Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision prototype parts
-
Turn and inspect parts to tight tolerances
-
Read and interpret complex blueprints including GD&T
-
Perform in-process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, and thread gauges

Follow ISO procedures and documentation requirements

Work independently on small-lot and prototype runs

Collaborate closely with a small, tight-knit team
Qualifications Include:
-
Minimum 3+ years of CNC machining experience in a similar environment

Experience with Fanuc controls required
-
Mill/Turn experience required
-
Advanced blueprint reading skills including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)

Strong shop math skills
-
Ability to work in a small-company, team-oriented environment

Positive attitude and growth mindset

U.S. citizenship required (ITAR)

Reliable transportation and valid, unrestricted driver’s license

Pay Details: $27.00 to $36.00 per hour
