Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) – Full-Time Wolfeboro Bay Center Wolfeboro, NH $108,000–$112,000/year
Post Rehab is hiring a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) for a full-time leadership role in our skilled nursing facility. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced therapist ready to oversee rehab operations and support a collaborative clinical team.
Responsibilities:

<li>Manage daily operations of the therapy department</li>
<li>Oversee PT, OT, and SLP services</li>
<li>Monitor productivity, scheduling, and compliance</li>
<li>Support staff development and clinical outcomes</li>
<li>Collaborate with facility leadership and nursing teams</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Active PT, PTA, OT, or COTA license</li>
<li>Skilled nursing experience required</li>
<li>Prior leadership experience preferred</li>
