Location: Franklin, NH 03235
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $60 – $68/hour (Based on Experience)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Overtime: Available
Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RNUM) to lead clinical operations within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care, supervising nursing staff, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining regulatory compliance while fostering a supportive and efficient care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate patient care in alignment with individualized care plans and facility policies
- Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Administer medications and treatments in compliance with regulatory and facility standards
- Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to clinical changes
- Supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams to improve resident outcomes
- Conduct routine rounds and address resident/family concerns professionally
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of all care activities
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus
Licensure & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- COVID-19 Vaccination (as per facility guidelines)
Experience:
- 0–2 years of RN experience preferred
- Prior experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care strongly preferred
