About the Opportunity

Meadows Staffing Group is partnering with an established industrial supplier seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow existing accounts and develop new business.
\n
This opportunity offers independence, product training, and uncapped earning potential for someone who enjoys building customer relationships and providing solutions.
\n
The position requires approximately 50% or more territory travel, with some on site responsibilities.

What You’ll Do
\n
- \n
- Develop relationships with current and prospective customers
- Identify new business opportunities throughout the territory
- Recommend industrial products and solutions based on customer needs
- Prepare quotes, present pricing, and close sales
- Maintain accurate prospect records and sales activity reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to support delivery and customer service
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training

What We’re Looking For
\n
- \n
- Experience in outside sales or industrial distribution preferred
- Familiarity with technical or industrial products preferred
- Strong communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a territory independently and follow through consistently
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
