Title: Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET Stack)

Location: Greater Wilmington Area, MA (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)

About the role

This role supports the design and development of enterprise-scale applications using modern full stack technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and cloud-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using .NET / C#

• Build and support backend services and APIs in a cloud environment

• Develop modern front-end components using React or similar frameworks

• Implement and support solutions using Azure App Services and Azure Functions

• Collaborate with engineering teams, participate in code reviews, and follow best practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development experience

• Strong expertise in .NET / C# and backend development

• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services

• Proficiency with React or comparable front-end frameworks

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):

• Estimated hourly range: $65–$70/hr (W-2)

• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
