Primary Care Physician – Outpatient

Position Highlights

Outpatient-only primary care in a value-based care model

Patient panel capped at 750 to ensure quality care and manageable workload
-
New physicians start with ~100 patients and ramp up gradually
-
See approximately 18 patients per day

Monday–Friday schedule with one remote/work-from-home day per week

Limited call responsibilities
Exceptional Clinical Support

Robust care team including EMTs, APPs, Medical Assistants, and Care Managers

Dedicated acute care support team with nurses triaging and responding quickly to patient needs

Strong infrastructure allowing physicians to focus on patient care—not paperwork
