YOUR ROLE:
You'll work a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start. We work only a handful of Saturdays throughout the year to meet deadlines. We never work Sundays or Holidays!
As our Gas Fireplace Service and Installation Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Service & diagnostics for gas appliances
- Installation of appliances and vent systems
- In-field/on-the-road sales (presenting needed products and services)
- Execute to code and safety standards; solve problems using industry materials
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
We're looking for a Gas Fireplace Service and Installation Technician who can meet the following:
- NH State Gas Fitters License (minimum of hearth fitters classification)
- Physical ability to lift 80 lbs.
- Motivated team player with the ability to problem solve
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Having these would be a plus:
- Experience working in the chimney/hearth and/or gas appliance service/installation industry
- CSIA and NFI certifications (or willingness to attain-required for ongoing employment)
- Medical card
- Construction experience
- In-home service technician experience
- Vocational training
