The Automotive & Fleet Service Technician plays an important part in keeping our fleet running smoothly and safely. This role focuses on light-duty fleet maintenance (oil changes, brakes, lights, and basic repairs)—not heavy diesel or facility maintenance work. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular preventative maintenance on fleet of vehicles and trailers.
  • Perform light-duty repairs such as brakes, lights, batteries, and basic mechanical fixes (no major engine or diesel rebuilds)
  • Ensure tools and repair equipment operate in a safe working condition.
  • Accurately completes documentation for maintenance and repairs.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and procedures.
  • Supports related tasks and team needs.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license- CDL-A is a plus but not required
  • 1-2 years of automotive maintenance experience preferred
  • Familiar with electrical wiring, a plus
  • Strong Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to high-quality work
  • Must provide your own tools
  • Good judgment and strong situational awareness
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Physical Conditions

  • Able to lift or move objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to work outdoors in varying extreme weather conditions.
  • Able to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing.
  • Able to walk and be on your feet for at least 80% of the day.
  • Able to reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis.
  • Able to work in warehouse and outdoor environment, around related equipment.


Job Type/Location: Full-Time-40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-3:30PM, Regular On-site Attendance Required at Headquarters in Bow, New Hampshire.
