Position: Contract - Lowell Massachusetts-MA (Remote)


Required:

• 3+ years hands-on Marketing Cloud experience

"Proficient with:
-Journey Builder
-Data Extensions
-Automations
-SQL queries within MC
-Email Studio, Mobile Studio"

• Experience troubleshooting data flows and automation failures
• Basic AMPscript knowledge
• Understanding of subscriber management, preferences, and consent models
• Ability to translate marketing needs into technical journeys

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years Marketing Cloud experience
• Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Developer, Consultant)
• Strong AMPscript development ability
• Experience with MC Connect + Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM
• Experience implementing journeys for student lifecycle or complex funnels
• Experience with API-based event triggers
• Experience optimizing deliverability and engagement metrics
• Familiarity with higher-ed recruitment or enrollment communications

Specific Skills:

• Journey Builder
• Data Extensions & Automations
• SQL queries for segmentation & personalization
• AMPscript for dynamic content
• Error debugging for journeys & automations
• MC Connect configuration
• Email deliverability optimization
