Description of the role:
The Guest Service Agent at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area in Somerville, MA is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and ensuring their satisfaction during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Manage reservations and bookings efficiently
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met

Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
